Arsenalen
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

That's awesome. I thought it was a scale model at first glance!

I guess the unusual perspective contributed to that feeling.

When I see photos of a PzI, I can't help comparing it to it's British contemparies, the Vickers & Carden Loyd light tanks. How primitive they look.

Talking about Stormartillerivagn m/43, the PDF shows two different vehicles in Arsenalen, one is 80154 (see above), then there is an older pictures of 80136. I assume this last tank is in storage. We will wait for Stefan to confirm this.

An interesting story is associated with the display around the Scania 335.
There are info panels and a video documenting the road convoys send to Austria immediately after WW II end in Europe.

I especially like the Arsenalen, it's not just a bunch of cool and rare vehicles inside a building, the Museum make a good job at telling different and interesting stories associated with Sweden, its Army and the vehicles. They tell about volunteers to the Winter War in Finland, ONU missions and much more.

I believe "story telling" is important to attract attention from a wider public, after all such a Museum should not focus only on AFVs geeks like we are, since, like it or not, we are just a small minority.

The PDF reports two fm/31 in Arsenalen. I wonder if this is really the case or we just have two pictures of the same vehicle?
There is only one on display at the moment and one picture was taken inside the old Museum.
I guess we have to wait for Stefan to answer this question.
