Miniart have announced a T-70 and T-80 light tanks
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Hi Guys-
The link below should get you to the Miniart website. Click on catalogue and then 1/35 and scroll down a little
www.miniart-models.com/
They are showing a T-70 early and, further down, a T-70 late model. Also, a T-70 in German use, I guess that is obligatory to sales! They are also showing a T-80 light tank (not to confused with the present T-80 main battle tank), interesting choice considering they only made 75 of them according to info on the web! Getting back to the T-70s, I hope these are all new tooling as none of the previous kit releases are of any real use.
Just letting you know-javascript:emoticon('post', 'message', ':chug:')

Hey Geoff, are you certain the T-70 isn't a re-box of the Toga kit?

Best,
David

Hi David-
"Getting back to the T-70s, I hope these are all new tooling as none of the previous kit releases are of any real use." I said this in my original posting to express my hope that these kits are not merely re-releases of earlier kits Toga or otherwise. So, if Miniart does copy some other manufacturers T-70 I have no idea if Toga's will be the one they use.
Bye for now-
