What an outstanding tribute. Bravo Zulu from our group, to all who participated to recognize a departed good friend.

I was proud to be a part of this special tribute to Tony! Although I never had the pleasure of speaking too or flying with him, it was indeed a special day in his memory. I believe this is how Tony would have wanted it and his memory will live on in each of you and his family.

CHEERS and ~S~ TONY!

I made in time to take a snap of BattleHawk before he left: he is the one in the yellow Cub:

It was a moving ceremony.

When I first joined the Sunday flights, time ago, it was Tony who acted as ATC, and no take off could take place until Captain Gould started the dances - there were worried murmurs when he was late.

As long as we keep remembering, he won't be gone.

I am honoured to of known Tony and Sunday's flight was a fitting send off for our very good friend..........Blue Skies Tony S!

I was looking around my pics folder and remembered a particular day when Tony, myself and another online buddy of his (who's name escapes me right now, apologies). We were simulating some refuelling circuits out over the Irish Sea around the Isle of Man.

I thought i'd post up a pic of Tony "in action".
