Christmas 1914
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

For several years the American folksinger John McCutcheon has performed a song entitled "Christmas in the Trenches." Based upon the incident described in the letter of the BBC report, it is a very moving tribute to an unique incident that took place in the midst of a terrible war. This fall there will be a children's book by the same title, featuring McCutcheon's lyrics and great art!
