Post subject: March 25th Sunday flight

For all those who love oriental scents, we are now leaving from Vietnam to resume the tour of China we interrupted last year for the Australian "diversion". I understand some could feel irresistibly attracted by the fascination of sweet almond eyes, but we still have so many things to discover, before going back to domestic routine, that I hope curiosity will win the temptations Wink

I think I'll fly the Connie this time - it's an awesome plane. Plus it has an autopilot which I have named "George". I'll just have to keep the BFM's down to a bare minimum Shocked .

See ya there

Gents, be aware of the passage to legal time, clocks moved ahead of one hour today... at least here.

Real nice gallery of screenies thanks for sharing Mr. Green

Was another great flight... left it a bit close to the bone on fuel quantities and lost engines 2 +3 about 3 mins out from landing, bit scary lol

Looking forward to next week

Great flight everyone and nice to see some new faces too!!

Grandpa, Guther and Maple One, it was great flying with all of you!

Nice to see Jel back in the picture and it's always a pleasure to fly with our regular gang.

I think we counted 13 this trip? WOOHOOO...

Oh...and Happy Birthday Marco!! (Welcome to the old farts club) (Uhm, not that I know what that's about, I've only heard about it from others... :D) LOL

Very nice flight indeed, and great pics, Stoopy - we had some kind of "mismatch" on the landing runway, eh? Sorry, I was on FSX and not yet accustomed with it; at least I didn't crash, but I fear this meant no bonefire: hope nobody got disappointed
Wink
A couple of pics from me: FSX's landscape "interpretation" was really crappy, probably because of lack of hardware power, but the Connie looked truly great:

Appealing sight, eh? Will anybody say that I'm perverted if I tell it's sexy?

Anyway, thank you all for the good wishes: now I'm proud to be part of the Old Farts club - I guess now I'm allowed to not to refrain, at least until I'm sealed into my cockpit!

And thanks to all that where there, I hope all enjoyed the "ride"
