Post subject: August 3rd Sunday flight

Timbuktu, Mail's capital city, is a UNESCO wolrd heritage site, and though it suffered from a decline that brought its population to just around 30.000 souls, its peculiar mud architecture makes it still more than worth a visit; to get there, we must run along the Niger river, which should make the flat landscape less boring.

Wow, that F11 is attractive indeed... how is it on landing?
Mr. Green
Looking at your screenshots, it seems you have some fields visible at least but, unless it's a glitch of the picture grabber, no water. Here it's quite the opposite, fantastic water effects and no ground details... maybe mixing the two system we can get one working sim!

Hi Wingy, Hi Marco.

The Jet is alphasims F-11 Tiger, nice plane, easy to fly and also easy to land..

Now that you mention it, Marco, I see the problem with the water effects. I think I have to install the little freeware programme to improve the water textures... eventually, Marco, we get a working sim Laughing

have a nice week
