L 3 in Pul-e-Charkhi (Afghanistan)
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

A french soldier on duty in Afghanistan, kindly send me this picture taken at Pul-e-Charkhi:

Looking for Pul-e-Charkhi... Bingo! I fund this page too, with what looks like another L 3 in Pul-e-Charkhi:

More good news on L 3s. The tank in tikrit, Iraq, is alive and is decent shape. So far we knew it out of this picture:

I've just got up to date, positive news about it. Will post more asap
