I was looking through the Panzer II PDF file and didn't find it, so I thought it was a new tank. But in fact, it is not a Panzer II.

I don't think it's a runner, but for sure it's in great conditions, at least from what you can see from the outside.

It's origins are unclear too, how it arrived in Sweden? From Norway?

The gun is a 90 mm recoilless gun type 1110. The spotting gun is a modified automatic rifle m/42.
