Armor in Virginia
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Are there any musuems in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area that have any Armor content. I'll be Virginia next week for a wedding, but unfortunately there is no way I can slide up to Danville.

If you cross Hampton Roads there is the Virginia War Museum
www.warmuseum.org/

And the Army Transportation Corps Museum at Ft Eustis

Jeff Button showed us pictures from that side of Hampton Roads a while back when he was TDY at Ft Useless. you can probably find the postings in teh Archives here
