War Memorials in Wisconsin - more grist for the mill
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

There are many people using Google Earth for their geo products. It is free and open. The multiple screens does make it quite practical.

Yes - it has great potential. Once most places consistently have a bird's eye view and a street view, and a decent satellite view, it will be hugely useful. Typically at the moment you seem to get about two out of three in the US, and about one out of three outside the US.
