New at the Ft Bliss Museum, a M973A1!
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Hi Folks!

While this vehicle is not armored, it is an ex-1st AD vehicle from Germany and it is a full tracked vehicle! If I lived some were with a lot of snow,
I would have get one of these. The serial number is: 88-AFL 5656. Sadly is it not running and the inside of both cabs have been trashed. It showed up that way.

How many of you looked because you didn't know what a M973 was?
