Hi All - We’ve added a gallery of photos from: State Arsenal Military Museum in Lincoln, NE www.vgbimages.com/AFV-...267_cFs27p M59 M113 - Marked G392 on front glacis M60A0 SN 181 M4A3E8 Got a shot of the M4A3E8 tow lug - looks as if someone exposed the SN - not me! Appears to be 44098. Cheers, VB

Hello Paul and Lorèn, 44098 was manufactured by Chrysler, and I would say that it has been manufactured in 1944 with VVSS and remanufactured in the 1950s with HVSS. 43944 (located at Fort Hood) is another example of VVSS M4A3(76) remanufactured to HVSS. P-O That matches that this tank has the signs of conversion from VVSS to HVSS. I was able to identify that but never was able to get to the S/N - great catch! Gary B.
