Finally, AFV Club is going to release their........
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Post subject: Finally, AFV Club is going to release their........

Hi Folks!

I was looking through the May issue of Fine Scale Modeler. On page 67 is an ad for AFV Club showing their new Centurion, the Drilling AAA halftrack, and their long promised M40 SP 155mm Cannon.

What caught my eye in this ad was some small print that says:

"Comming Soon...Will Be Releas In Summer 2006"

NOTE: Bad spelling NOT my fault this time. That is the way the ad reads.

How long has AFV Club had a photo of a M40 out?
I think I have had one on Pre-order with GWMS for about three years. Confused
Anyone what to bet it will not show up on the store shelfs this year?

New Model Kit, Spot Report!
Sgt, Scouts Out! Smile

I think the M40 was one of several kits Skybow had plans for when they dropped their 1/35 scale line and AFV Club took them over.
