Looking for WW2 picture showing canadian CDP tracks in use

In Canada the Canadian produced M4A1 Grizzly came equipped with CDP tracks, but didn't deploy to ETO. The most that you would find would be SEXTONS in British & Polish usage. Photos are rare of true deployed ones with CDP tracks..... Anthony
