Tooele, Utah Private Collection
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Yeah, pretty sure that's the collection they featured on "Tank Overhaul" in the episode where they rebuilt the tank destroyer.

seems that there is a G-13 Hetzer there...

After some verifications, a picture of this G-13 was in my "unknown tanks" folder, one more identified !!

The Karl Smith collection in Tooele, Utah

A gallery of this collection

Thanks !!

Pierre-Olivier,

that G-13 Hetzer, and also the Sexton, the Churchill and the T-34/85 standing behind it (and perhaps a few other 'non-American vehicles, too?), were all once on display at a private tank museum in Geneva, Switzerland, which was only open for merely one or two years in around 2001. After it had been closed, the collection was sold ... and now one can finally see, where some exhibits ended.

Regards,
André Flener

It seems that this same Hetzer was once owned by Bob Fleming before going to the USA, and it participated to some reenactment events in UK in 2005.
