M41 Turret outside Ropkey Museum
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

Neil,

Here's the M41 turret from Ropkey's Museum.

I didn't see an outdoors M47 but here's a shot of the indoor one just in case.

Cheers!

I like the idea of pulling the pack and setting it for display next to the vehicle. That is if it IS NOT running.

I guess I need to visit there soon. There were 2 M47's outside but that was about 3 years ago. The M41 turret is new to me.
