Hi folks,

picture's of surviving anti-tank guns used by the Allies

starting with some British 17pdr AT-gun

1st: 17pdr AT-gun Mk 1 on carriage Mk 1 at Oosterbeek

This one is in the parc at the back of the museum

Because it is an little quite here, some other allied AT-guns Mr. Green

6PDR%20anti%20tank%20gun%20at%20the%20Infantry%20museum%20Harskamp and%20another%20

6PDR located at OVerloon, this is 1 of the at least 3 that are there

Here are some of my pictures of the 6-pdr AT Gun on display as a monument at Heelsum, The Netherlands. As you can see it is the Airborne version. The 16" wheels are a later addition, it seems the German nicked all the wheels they could scrounge off the battlefield when finally departing home in 1945!

This 6pdr is located in a diorama that is located in the basement of Airborne museum Hartenstein

The set-up of the diorama is to look like a night-fight so there was allmost no light to take the picture
That also explains why the picture is rather shaky

Next time I will take some drinks to get a steady hand
