If it pleases the crowd you may fly at 1,000 ft altitude to look at the scenery or the crispy girls laying on the beaches, but then the flight speed would be 250 KIAS instead of the 260 KIAS at 20,000 altitude mentioned by our tour operator ! Wink

p.s. I doubt seriously if you are able to see anything clear flying 250 KIAS at 1,000 ft alt! Laughing

Fled,

as you see above, the estimated time of flight is rather short, so slowing down a bit to admire local beauties shouldn't harm... and when it comes to girls, don't underrate my eagle's eye Wink

S!

Well, I just tried out the route - couldn't resist the girls on the beach! I flew the King Air along the way - took ages by the way...

The weather (real weather) at the destination was dreadful - thundestorms with a visibility of less than a mile... I managed to land, but more by luck than judgement!

We'll need good guidance in Fled - no pressure mate! Mr. Green

As you come in on rwy 11, you have to be skirting just north of the city. Not that this is any help, because if you see the city, it's too late LOL!!!

Will be fun in a Fat Ass...

I will not be able to make this flight, if I do it will be very late, too late to make the flight I think. My daughters birthday was on Friday we had her party yesterday and one of the things we promised her was a trip to our local Marine museum, she loves petting the stingrays there.

So if I don't get to see you before take off, have a good flight.

Shadow_Bshwackr, I look forward to flying with you sometime.

Well, I'm at home finally. That means I shouldn't have a problem connecting to the server now. I hope to make it with you all today!

He apparently missed my splashdown last week after 2 missed approaches lol. Nothing worse than a smooth flight and a wet landing.

"This is your pilot, I hope you enjoyed your flight, we will be arriving in Kingston shortly. You may notice the stewardess handing out towels, this is for your complimentary dip upon landing."

On a brighter note I got some stick time in on the 737 Experience last night. Made a nice night flight from San Fransico to San Diego, and landed nicely after one missed approach. Of course there was no water near the airfield.

Sorry I missed you all last night... We had a slow crawl round the car park that is the M25 - didn't get back 'til late. Sad

So, what was the weather like - the grass looked a little wet! Mr. Green
