Tanklord, the hybrid was basically a late production M3 given an M3A1 turret.

I started it in 1992, but didn't get very far with it for a few years - probably because of spending too much time on the original books (Preserved Tanks in France, Preserved German Tanks, Tanks in Russia). Eventually I knuckled down and submitted it in 2004, and was finally awarded it in 2006. Only 14 years altogether!
