large areas covered by Zimmerit have been found on the lower hull walls (the area behind the road wheels). That's why they decided to put zimmerit on it.

I think that's a shame - there are lots of Panthers around in German camouflage, but there were only 2 in FF markings.

Pity, there are too many "factory fresh" restorations out there, just conserving, replacing the missing bits & displaying it with its history would have (IMHO) been better.

I liked the original paint better, why not leave it as it were and just restore it to running condition in original colors....
