I first saw it and thought it was an Ontos on Steroids. The developer has been trying to interest DOD in it as some sort of unmanned vehicle.
Not sure if it has a practical application, other than being one fast mini-mud buggy. However if anyone wants to get me one for my birthday, I'd gladly accept it !!
