Hmm... Not quite sure... That appears to be an Oshkosh logo on the grill... Can you link to the original flickr page?

It looks close to the Oshkosh 'Alpha' but it's different. I agree about the Oshkosh logo. I searched MRAP and found very few with a one-piece windshield. FLICKR PHOTO

I'd say its some sort of Alpha variant. Its clearly not Oshkosh's MRAP ATV.

Doubtful, Alpha was rejected a while ago. Dead end as far as I know...

I suspect this is just an as yet before unseen version. Not that big a deal really...
