Weren't several vehicles found a few years ago during the drought when the level dropped a lot? Odd this didn't surface then.

Those finds (a tank, a shwimm- and a kubelwagen and a lorry) were in 2003 in Croatia and other finds in Hungary, Romania were the drought was way worse than in Central Europe. It depends on where it was found, if not on the bank it would have still been covered by both water and silt.
