I've found new photos of Saumur reserves, and can't identify by myself all these vehicles.
THis one looks like a mix between a VAB and a BTR-70 :

Tracked vehicle is a specialised (engineer or maybe RATAC) turretless variant of French AMX-10P APC.

seems to be damage on the side, not different fenders..
palic is right, it is a TAB-71. Thanks
