#14: Re: Camp Mabry Photos Author: Joe_D, Location: Razorback CountryPosted: Sun Dec 20, 2009 7:37 pm ---- The second M60A3 looks like SN 2112A,
Between the lug shot and the back deck you can figure it out.
Your third M60A3 looks like a late Anniston rebuild. Early GEN 2 hull with late model turret and M1 Front Gun shroud. I'd be willing to bet she's got a small escape hatch and the SN is in the 3000's or above.
#15: Re: Camp Mabry Photos Author: Joe_D, Location: Razorback CountryPosted: Sun Dec 20, 2009 7:49 pm ---- Looks like 3586A to me,
As far as the original A1 number, I'm inclined to believe it's 2680, mostly because the original "3's" I've seen stamped have a flat to to them instead of the rounded type. Either way she should have a small escape hatch.
Thanks for sharing, these plug up some gaps in my data base.
BTW, you wouldn't happen to have the SN's for the M60 or M60A1 ???
