Centurion AVLB no longer exsists
Chieftain AVLB 01FD48 is there my old tank . forget the chieftain AVRES most are scrap except two at bovington tank museum,
a AVLB and THREE DIFFERANT AVRES a centurion AVLB AND ARK are at R.E.Museum Chatham.
I surggest that you stick to non in service vehicles ie those not in ARMY USE .
only a ram out side ATDU .
no chieftains on TANK PARK or Heath but some on lulworth tank ranges awaiting destruction along with AVREs and ARVs.

I believe that this is a Henschel tank and not a Porsche one..

Ok yes there is a Canadian Ram OUTSIDE ATDU and is inside there compound fence with a NO PHOTOGRAPH policy enforced. when I go to work Monday I try and write the serial number down but they don’t like u there .
M60s one is Bovington’s other was at East England Tank museum. One that use to be the one displayed at the WAR Peace show.
Centurion Bridgelayer was scrapped; I have a picture of it cut in two.
Churchill AVRE 165 no longer at Bovington.
Centurion Mk11 which was outside DM school is now in tank museums yard ,it rotten and tracks cut off and on the engine deck

Understood. I am curious if this is the Ram II target tank (WD No. CT159418) that was on display in the museum.
