#1: Photos from the Chinese Military Museum in Beijing 11/07 Author: vagabond, Location: Constantly moving across USPosted: Fri May 14, 2010 4:46 am ---- While in Beijing in Nov 2007, I visited the China People's Revolution Military Museum.
Here are a few photos from my visit.
Unfortunately, the outdoor display areas were closed so I had to view and photograph through the windows. The area to the right of the main hall displayed captured AFVs and artillery while the display area to the left contained aircraft.
Enjoy!

#5: Re: Photos from the Chinese Military Museum in Beijing 11/07 Author: L.Delsing, Posted: Fri May 14, 2010 1:29 pm ---- @vonForhud; I think during the Korean war, although in these times museums in China also get Western equipment for their collection(s) (The Datang Shan museum for example has an Italian F-104)
@Vagabond; nice pictures!, You have more?
Regards,
Lesley

I like the uniform display. It resembles what I'd imagine a Salvatore Ferragamo New Spring Collection would look like. The helmets could be little more imaginative...and I don't recall U.S. shirts looking much like that. Very svelte crew, though!
