Hochfels is located in Europe, Luxemburg to be precise

The guns are remains / reminders of the Ardennes Offensive, or the Battle of the Bulge

I have not found anything more recent, then the link below
The Flemish version mentioned an visit 60 years after the battle, so I think the pictures are from +/- 2004

Yes, Hochfels is in the Bulge area. The PAK43 is a real rarity, I've seen several 43/41s around, but I can only think of the Aberdeen PG collection having a "proper" 43.

You're right that Pak 43/41's seem to be more common but there are a few pak 43's around including a fairly well preserved one on the grounds of RMC in Kingston.
