The type of vehicle is in Poland unknown.

It is part of Engineers Museum, Wroc?aw (Poland)
Which evolved from sapper memory room and open air exposition

I was thinking along the lines of a BII also.
What did the prototype Goliaths look like? There's no indication of the size of it, to see whether it's "man sized".

I believe it could be a model of an earlier version of the Borgward, not a B IV but a B II. Example pics here:
