Dear Sirs,
Historical and Cultural Complex "Stalin's line" is located about 30 km from Minsk, village Loshany. From a historical perspective is unreliable!

The gun is undoubtably a phoney, ditto the mantlet.
It's probable that it was a wreck recovered from a battlefield and has had substantial cosmetic work done on it.
It is reputedly a Panzerbefehlswagen III Ausf. F. Being a command tank, it may have had a phoney gun,

There was no such tank - Pz.Bef. Ausf.F.
The tank on your picture is Pz. Beobachtungswagen, not BefehlsWagen.

Th? panzer in Mogiliov is Pz.Bef. Ausf.E.
Mantlet is original, but the front cover is missing.
The dummy gun, MG and fenders are not original.
Left side of the superstructure is not original.
Some hatches are not original.
Some front torsions are broken.

Hull is rusty.

So I think this tank was assembled from the digged-up parts of blown-up tank and some material that were close at hands.

Thanks Koluchiy, so it's an artillery observation tank, not a command tank?

This i071.radikal.ru/0807/3...f66cac.jpg is artillery observation tank.
This www.belarus.nemiga.inf...k-t3-8.jpg is command tank.
