Best guess is a Boston Whaler Raider,~22'. There are many variants of these, but the layout and general lines are all similar to this. More-or-less the predecessor of the 11 meter rigid inflatable boat used by the Mobile Support Teams, SEAL Support Teams, etc. over the years.

They also see a lot of use in local law enforcement and even civilian hands (well, as a boat without some of the "accessories".)
