Three of these I know of.
The original version, cruciform platform and gun shield.

Aberdeen's exhibit, with a "Barndoor" next to it. (Are the wheels originals?)

Edit:- Just found this photo. Is that the stowage for the ready to use ammo?

The PAK43/41 "Barndoor", produced to speed up production and reduce costs. Barrel on a modified 105mm howitzer chassis,

A hugely unwieldy beast, hard enough to manouver by hand on a solid surface, must've been virtually impossible to move without its tow vehicle on grass or dirt.

Vierville-sur-Mer , Wn.72 Wheels removed.

The PAK43/3. Designed to be put into a pre-prepared gun pit. Alledgedly the barrel & Saukopf mantel from a Jagdpanther.

A rare beast, I've only ever seen a few photos and none appear to have survived into "captivity"

Must've been invisible from the ground, until it fired and by then, it'd be too late!

Edit- Found this photo.

Spot that from 1,000m!

The complete gun, except the crucifix platform, came from a Jagdpanther

Also the gun mantel is up-side down Wink
