I have no clue about this. 120 mm test-bed on Pz 68?

... I'd say probably a chassis for transporting and testing the guns at the shooting range before they were installed in the turret.

The Rotinoff is a very rare and quiet impressive vehicle... and also looks like a copy of the Thornycroft Antar... isn't it?

As far as I know there are two Rotinoff in Switzerland, both runners.

As far as relationships with Thornycroft Antar, I have no idea.
