I finally remembered to shoot some photos of this thing. It's been sitting in the main city park since I was little. As far as my limited knowledge of Japanese artillery goes it's a Type 38 75mm field gun.

I know very little about Japanese artillery. Thanks for posting this, it lead me to research a bit of history online.

You can see it spots the typical Krupp design from that period. Here you can find similar pieces.

Build for the Turkish Army, captured by the Serbians during the Balkan wars:
