A Museum worth visiting, shows the USMC in action through all eras. A must stop when travelling I95. Rick

I photographed it for the air enthusiast. There are many other helicopters and planes (full size, real) for them! Rick

A note about flash photos. They are not allowed in the Museum, I saw the sign and stopped my flash about halfway through the tour!

Too bad I live on the other side of the big pond. Never likely to get across it now, I'm getting too old for fun trips like that (and my passport ran out about 25 years ago)

Cheers

John

It's a nice museum and all (Rick has outdone himself again) but nothing can beat the collection of experimental LVTs at Pendleton, IMHO.

Thanks Costas, and I agree the Camp Pendleton, CA Museum has a much better LVT collection!
John, I wish I'd gotten to see the Tank Museum, or any of the many other European Museums! What a selection! I never had a passport, all NE USA photos!
JWB, I've never hit West Coast either! That's what I like about this Site, I get to see the world, and contribute to others as well. Rick

PS: Hopefully, I'll hit Lawrenceville, NJ Tuesday!
