#1: Sunday 22nd December Flight Author: Snorre, Location: Ziegenhain, GermanyPosted: Fri Dec 20, 2013 5:30 pm ---- Right after landing it became obvious, that Barra isn't the place to stay over Christmas. So we continue and head to a larger city. But on our way we fly over one of the most famous landmarks of Scotland: Loch Ness. Look outside, maybe you'll see Nessie, the famous monster of Loch Ness.
From there we head back west to the Outer Hebrides and to the island of Lewis and Harris and its main city, Stornoway.
The length of this trip is about 230 NM, so we should fly it with about 150 KIAS.
