I found this and was amazed that it is used by the IDF. I was not aware that Israel had HUMMVEE's either. The site said; "The MATBAT is the biggest outsourcing program in the IDF ground forces". MATBAT is the Hebrew acronym for Exercise Control and AAR System. I can't imagine these lasting one charge across the NTC lanscape without half the plastic falling off. My guess is they are used more for the IDF forces to fire on, rather than duke it out with.
