I'm not that good in english to follow this conversation, I think...something I don't get about "wool over the eyes"...

Believe me, they've known about us in Ottawa for a long time, and that's what they're scared about.

And make sure you don't mix up French from France, and Frenchs from Quebec... defenitely not the same thing. But you'd have to live here to know..
