Hi folks,

I have been reading some German-Swiss sites about the G-13 and figured out following

After the collapse of Germany, Switzerland could acquire a number of vehicle's from the Skoda factory in Czechoslovakia

After some modifications these where delivered as Panzerjäger G-13 to the Swiss Armed Forces in 1947

Halfway 1946 Skoda offered the Swiss Army another 100 G-13 vehicle's, including armaments
This was Federal approved in october 1946 and the last vehicle's where delivered at the end of 1947

After this order there was an additional order for an extra 50 vehicle's of which the last one was delivered about 1949
This last batch was completly new and not build from left over war production

Based on the numbers given the first batch of vehicle's was only 8
(second order 100, last order 50 out of an total of 158)

Michel

Looks like its barrel's threaded for a muzzle brake, so I'd go for G13 at first guess.

hello,

all the tanks are ID-ed as G-13s, until someone can prove they are indeed original Jagdpanzer 38(t).

It's official; the museum has purchased a WWII German Hetzer. It will be restored in Poland and brought to Canada in 2018 #hetzer #ontrmuseum

A G13 is for sale in Germany. I don't think it's on the Surviving Tanks list. I've requested the former Swiss M+ Number and/or Chassis Number.

Looks like a Swiss G13 to me (red grease nippels on the front drive housing). Hefty price considering these were given nearly free to museums.
