Gents,

apologies if it's already been featured here, I just received some photos of an ex-EOD USAF M114 "monumenting" at Beale AFB.

It would appear the Air Force did some cutting and filing to the poor thing... Crying or Very sad

Hey - you can see the USAF Registration number

63L776 - Meaning it was a Fiscal 1963 acquisition

Any details on where it is on Beale? Ie a street or building number?

all I know at this time is that it's sitting outside the EOD building, I'll see if I can find out more.

This is like the M114 that WGTI restored. The ones I saw had radiation warning signs on them so I think they were used as SAM threat simulators.

That is one of the early M114s. The rigid front fenders gives it away. I am curious of the add on vents on the side though. Never seen that before.
