"Polar" on the AFV forum just enlightened the group on this vehicle from Poland...it's obviously designed, and named, for our kind of purposes...just the thing for secure beer runs to the brewery when the weather is unflyable, or escorting the big rigs in "no fly" zones.

Wild Sau Ground Transportaion

I think some repaints may be necessary, but other than that, it looks ready to roll off-the-shelf.

"10 firing ports"......I LIKE it!!!!!

Although we gotta figure out something to do with that 146HP turbodiesel engine - not sure about that newfangled technology, more compfrtable with something that has pistons....Howsabout a Cummins diesel or nice Ford 460 crate motor?

Tell ya what.......on second thought I'll take it with the stock motor. We can hop it up later.

It'll be a welcome upgrade, the current "JG300 Ground Transportation" also has a turbine motor-type gizmo in it and seems fine, but the clutch is starting to slip and she's starting to show her age......plus some of those aftermarket speed parts didn't just "bolt right in" like the advertisements said they would, either!

I could only watch about 15 seconds (which was cute) only because it features that insufferable prc from "Top Gear", the program that passes judgement on the automotive industries around the world in snide prose from the one source that is singularly the least qualified to have input on how to administer an automotive industry, all things considered. LOL, Willi.....

Well, I gotta admit I've never seen that show, Ascout, (well maybe I saw a second or two of it while flippin' channels) and until Car Craft has their own show, with David Frieburger in his trademark sandals showin' us how to wedge a junkyard Buick 455 into a Chevy Cavalier and get into the 12's for under $500, I'll take your word for it.

Hey speaking of good ol' "Murcan automotive horseplay, here's another vid from an old cheesy cult classic you may recognize......for extra points, identify the make, model and year of the Family Vacation Truckster that Dad's drivin'. I surprised myself and got the make right, was off by only 1 year on the vintage, but didn't get the model right tho.

I'm thinkin' '60-'61 Plymouth Belvedere, probably '61. I almost caught myself sayin' "DeSoto", but knew that couldn't be right...

OOOoooo....NICE try!!!! '61 Plymouth is right on the money (I guessed a '62 Plymouth)...... Don't think it's a Belvie, tho (now I don't feel to bad on fudging the model)......Think "Christine" in a 4-door model.......and she definitely didn't age gracefully!

I'm also guessing with the 383 instead of the Leaning Tower of Power slant-six, by the way he finally jumped around that Chebby!
