Location note: Although the mailing address for the AMVETS post is a PO Box in Mt Pleasant, the tank is actually in the village of United and approximately 550 yards from the United, PA post office and 750 yards from the Calumet post office. The registry listing should reflect this fact.

Looks like United is a township or village as you said. Mount Pleasant PA is the address...

(15689) is about where the green arrow is, corner of Mt Pleasant & Brinkerton. United is a recognized municipality, a village. I think it's probably best to list the tanks by physical location rather than mailing address of the custodial organization.
