I was at the display area this morning, set-up has begun. I got a few photos of some 'new' Bradley based vehicles that were awaiting off loading from the haulers. I'll post them a little later.

Since I will be manning the Museums exhibit, I will have the chance to photograph the exhibit vehicles, so stay tuned.

If anyone else plans to check out this years exhibits, stop by and say 'hi'.

Regards
Don

First one appears to be some sort of artillery re-supply vehicle.

Last one appears to be a Bradley APC - akin to the British "Armoured Battlefield Support Vehicle" - take off the turret, and walla, a simple APC. Probably being pitched as an M113 replacement, albeit likely an expensive one...

I think first is more like the C2V command vehicle.

The last is definitely a mortar track.

I'll find out Monday, when the exhibit area opens, although I will be stopping in on Saturday &/or Sunday. I'll make sure to have camera with me.

Is it just me?!

I love the idea of an armoured vehicle protected with bubblewrap to stop it getting damaged..!

Hi. The first series looks to me like a replacement for the M-577 (?)
The US Army must have a lot of spare M-2 hulls lying around for
convertion.

The bubble wrap is stand-off for RPG's or else it aids floatation Wink

A big question jumps out at me? If they are developing this stuff then what happened to the Future Combat Systems vehicles?

Don, Wish I was there to see this. Get lots of photos! Mr. Green

Was able to get some photos today, should be able to get better in the following days. Really cool stuff

First,

The Bradley Command Track (a M1068 / M577 replacement) built out of OIF Bradley chassis.

The one before the Stryker I've seen before. Its a Paladin-based "Operation Command Vehicle."
