Revised UC-71 repaint

This is a revised version of my UC-71 nm repaint for Milton & company's Spartan Executive. It corrects a problem with displaying the repaint that only occurred with the natural metal texture. My apologies to all for this error and my profound thanks to JG300-Ascout for bringing it to my attention
