Bovington
The AFV ASSOCIATION was formed in 1964 to support the thoughts and research of all those interested in Armored Fighting Vehicles and related topics, such as AFV drawings. The emphasis has always been on sharing information and communicating with other members of similar interests; e.g. German armor, Japanese AFVs, or whatever.

You guys get all the fun.

Over here the museums have been pulled apart and too many artifacts have almost vanished. Sad

I am usually very picky about the quality of my pictures. This time I am posting twice the same subject because I feel those are pretty good shots:

Massimo, how did you take the pics without any visitors? Were you the first visitor in the morning?

I was in Bovington already on Wednesday, so I was able to take decent pictures, even if there were already plenty of visitors around. No way I could do that during the weekend.
For the panorama shot, composed by three pictures stitched together, I was first in the morning.

Fantastic pictures! Such a shame the Sturmtiger isn't there. Anyone know why it wasn't allowed to travel?
