I'd seen this one on satellite imagery before, but recently added streetview allowed for some confirmation it was an AFV of some sort. I know it's not a great view, but anyone got a better guess at an ID?

I'd guess BMP-2, but I don't really follow IFVs:

The Title page has a date of 2011 - Is that the latest version of thre US Register?

yes it is.

I started working on the new version a few weeks ago. Due to BRAC we waited to give us some time to track the moving collections, however there allways seems to be another collection on the move.

Work on the new US register is slowly coming to an end. I hope to have it ready by the end of the year.
