Prop Texture fix for Milton Shupe & Co.'s mighty Howard 500 when installed in FSX with SP2 or Accelleration.

Corrects non-transparent Alpha layer of the DXT3 BMP blurred prop texture...now you can see out the side of the VC cockpit!
