Tri-Cities is a funny place, at the intersection between the Columbia and the Snake rivers. Probably because of this plenty of water, they thought they could open three casinos, where you can get your wallets dried out. Now we are in the State of Washington, and officially entered the new FTX Central Rockies scenery. Enjoy!
