During the annual event some artillery tractors were moved. I was finally able to get good portraits of this trio:

10,5 cm Haubitze 1942

10,5 cm Kanone 1935

15 cm Schwere Haubitze 1942

Among 20th century swiss artillery, 15 cm Schwere Haubitze 1916 is the rarest. So far I have seen only one in Schaffausen (Armeemuseum has one in Thun too). I am still not sure if the gun belongs to the Museum and, in that case, if it's a recent acquisition. There was a demo with four horses towing it, pretty impressive!

If this is a recent acquisition, it may be a German 15cm s.F.H. 1913 and limber that was for sale from a private collection in Belgium last year.

Now you make me think... I really have to compare markings with the swiss gun in Schaffausen. I am out of home so I will have to wait for the weekend.
I know for sure its s/n is 1547.

Thanks you for the pointer!

I am back home. Checked pictures from Schaffausen, both the gun and limber have same markings as the one I saw in Full. On top of that, the gun has 1549 as s/n, that make me guess they belongs to the same production batch sold to the Swiss Army.

The 15cm sFH 13 that was offered out of Belgium was Nr. 1387 and its limber. I have another of these howitzers so I did not purchase this one. Still the limber for the 15cm sFH 13 is of great interest to me. I wish I could have gotten at least the limber.

I have attached photos of this pair.

I visited Full last Saturday and managed to take a few pictures inside the workshop too. I've spotted a real treasure inside the workshop, they have a 10,5 cm Pak 51. This is a prototype I never heard about before. It's 105 mm gun from an AMX-13 that was mounted on what looks like the carriage from 10,5 cm Kanone 1935.

They are also restoring an austrian build 40 mm Bofors.

Pictures will follow asap.

The 15 cm Krupp 1916 is now on display. The light entering from the window behind it make taking pictures pretty hard:

This was the last major 20th century swiss artillery still missing from the Museum's collection. It arrived in 2011:

There is a soviet gun near the 10,5 Pak 51. It looks like a 76,2 mm. Is there anybody able to identify the exact version?

You can see there is also a 7.5 cm Pak 40 waiting in the workshop too.
