Along the years I accumulated, literally, thousands of pictures from Thun. I am trying to summarize what's available over there into a photogallery on Flickr. At the time of writing I am not done yet:

And what a background for a museum! Any photos of the outdoor displays covered in snow?

Not all tanks over there can be framed with the Alps as background, but I like that effect. I am glad you noticied it.

I wonder how it can be covered by snow too, but in order to reach Thun I have to travel 4 hours. I am afraid it wouldn't be worth only for trying a few shots.

Thun offers more than a few unique vehicles. This is a Swiss Centurion that was turned into bridgelayer in England. Later on, based on this experience, the Swiss Army adopted a bridgelayer tank, but it was based on Pz 68 chassis. This remains a unique prototype:
